Your responsibilities

• Manage the supply of spare parts to customers
• Organize and prioritize inquiries
• Obtain supplier quotes, including technical and commercial details
• Prepare spare parts proposals
• Communicate with international customers and suppliers via email and phone
• Handle purchase orders with technical responsibility
• Expedite supplier deliveries
• Review and compile necessary documentation
• Coordinate with the logistics and commercial teams

What makes you a great fit

• Commercial or technical background
• Strong technical understanding
• Experience in the spare parts business for process plants is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Confident in using MS Office applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
