What you will be doing:
- Independent planning and realization of project work, including ensuring the quality of the assigned project work, e.g., creating project-specific specifications within the framework of the project and supervisor requirements.
- Proactively coordinate and exchange information on project work, especially during anticipated capacity and deadline bottlenecks.
- Ongoing feedback on project experience into internal departmental essential documents in consultation with the line manager and/or process owner.
- Elaboration of technical specifications by contractual requirements.
- Execution EIC components, functional tests, and acceptance tests
- Completed university degree in EIC engineering or comparable specialization.
- Experience in international plant and mechanical engineering, especially in the field of instrumentation and control engineering.
- Reflective approach, i.e., early assessment of consequences of different criticalities of the project phases accompanied by solution approaches.
- Understanding of functional safety concepts and the methods for determining and maintaining Safety Integrity Levels (SILs) in safety-relevant systems.
- Experience in the application of functional safety and the field of explosion protection.
- Knowledge of the COMOS engineering tool and SIMATIC S7 and TIA portal is an advantage.
- Readiness to domestic and international travels.
- Very good language skills in English, German is an advantage
