What you will enjoy doing
- Your area of responsibility comprises the planning, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning of electrical equipment for process plants in an international environment.
- This includes the specification/procurement of switchgears, transformers, generators and electric drivers for low voltage- up to high voltage applications and also the supervision and follow up of complete vendor packages (e.g. compressors).
- The functional design of all interlocks and control functions as well as the interface to process control systems fall within your area of responsibility. You will also coordinate and supervise subcontractors and follow up costs, schedule and quality.
- This implies that you are coordinating your planning regular with the other disciplines and partner teams.
- You will utilize our modern CAE tools running on a worldwide network system with close data integration to the other engineering disciplines.
- Master or bachelor degree in electrical engineering with main focus on energy or electric drivers
- Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in English
- Willingness to travel and work abroad
- Negotiating skills
- Process plant knowledge in the area of electric and electric drivers is beneficial, but not a prerequisite as entrants will be thoroughly trained on the job
- Several years of work experience
