What You'll Be Doing
As an integral member of the Rotating Equipment Unit (ENCR), you will manage rotating equipment within the organization. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating closely with Linde Engineering sales and process teams to develop technical concepts
• Identifying and tracking new vendor developments in the market
• Engaging in technical discussions and negotiations with clients
• Estimating rotating equipment requirements using in-house tools and vendor inputs
• Creating technical inquiry documents
• Handling technical clarifications and negotiations with vendors
• Managing order execution, including document reviews, interface management, design reviews, and inspections
• Providing site support during commissioning and initial operations
• Troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis
• Supporting After Sales (PlantService) and Linde Gas operations

What Makes You an Ideal Candidate

• A university degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• At least 6 years of experience in rotating equipment, with exposure to both engineering and operations
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• A strong interest in working in international teams with diverse cultures
• A proactive attitude with the ability to manage challenges and take on responsibility
